Valencia Apartments is proud to offer exclusive discounts for those full time (12+ units) students who maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Official transcripts must be received from a two or four year US university. First year or international students may apply for the discount after their first quarter/semester. In order to maintain your GPA throughout the year, tenants must submit their transcripts after each quarter. Quarterly verification transcripts do not have to be official.	4.0-3.96: $100.00 off $1,200.00 possible savings 3.95-3.5: $75.00 off $900.00 possible savings 3.49-3.0: $50.00 $600.00 possible savings
