Lease dates cannot be adjusted to accomodate early move in.  If you are a Cal Poly student participating in WOW or any sports that requires you to move to the area sooner than your lease start date, you may contact the office to see if you can request a Cuesta lease.  If a unit is available for you to switch to and you are part of a group, the whole group must transfer to a Cuesta lease.

Ways to make payments: Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check.  Credit card or Echeck payments may be made through  www.gozego.com (Fees may be applied).

HOW DO YOU CHOOSE MY ROOMMATES?
There is a “Personal Information” section on the application which helps us understand your lifestyle,
hobbies, and interests. We will use this information to help match you with someone you would potentially
get along with. You may also predetermine your roommates when applying if you want to live with friends.
And of course, it is always possible but not guaranteed to switch apartments if your living arrangements do not work out. (Depends On Availability)

WHAT COMES WITH MY UNIT : Our units come fully furnished.  Each Unit comes with a couch, chair, coffee table, end table, and two/three stools in the living room.  Each bedroom has a full size mattress, 4 movable drawers, desk and chair.  Shared rooms have a twin long bed.   Please note that with the exception of the mattress, all furnuture must stay in the unit.  Valencia will not allow any furniutre removal.  Furniture style varies from unit to unit and no one type of furniture guaranteed.

I HEARD ABOUT YOUR GPA DISCOUNT PLAN. HOW DOES IT WORK?
Valencia likes to reward students with good academic performance. We provide GPA discounts
of $50, $75, or $100 off the base rent amount depending on your cumulative GPA starting at a 3.0 GPA.
The discount is offered to any student attending a college or university. Many students realize
an annual savings of over $600. Must be enrolled full time, 12+ units. 

Official Transcripts are due by August 1st for Cuesta and September 1 for Cal Poly, the sooner you send them the better! They MUST be Official Transcripts from school directly to Valencia. Transcipts can be emailed to info@valenciaapartments.com or mailed to our mailing address: Valencia Apartments 555 Ramona Drive San Luis Obispo, CA 93405. HOW DO I GET ASSISTANCE OUTSIDE OF NORMAL OFFICE HOURS?
After 5 p.m., when the main office closes, you will be able to go to the Cluhouse Employee
with any questions and/or concerns. After 11 p.m., when the Rec Center closes, you will
be able to find the evening courtesy patrol who can assist you at that time their Cell Number is (805) 540-0798.

HOW DO I GUARANTEE MY SPOT AT VALENCIA APARTMENTS?
Once your application has been submitted, it is reviewed and your references are checked.
Upon approval, a security deposit will secure your room which is $500.00. Once the deposit is paid the lease agreement is prepared within 3-5 days for your review and signature(s). February & March are our busiest months so please be patient once you've paid your deposit, you will get a Lease Agreement.
