Valencia Student Apartments is a premier Cal Poly student housing and Cuesta student housing complex located right here in SLO. We are proud to offer spacious and comfortable townhouse living perfect for the student lifestyle. Our 160-unit apartment complex is located less than one mile from Cal Poly and less than one block from shopping and food. These 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath and 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhomes offer a full range of amenities with large private bedrooms & limited units (Future Floor Plan & the A room only) as Shared Rooms.

Modern Units, Modern Plus+ Units & ALL B & C bedrooms are 1 person only per room. Not Shared.

Ways to Pay Rent for Current Tenants:

1.) Mail a Check or Money order made out to Valencia Apartments with your name and unit number on the check before the 5th of each month!

2.) Come in person during business hours with Check, Money Order, or Cashier's Check. You may also drop your rent payment off at the clubhouse Monday- Friday from 7am to 11pm.

3.) Online: Credit card and Echeck payments may be made at www.gozego.com. There is a convienience fee to pay online using Zego.

It was awesome having a shopping center and bus stop so close. I don't have a car, but it was still easy to get around town when living there... I was still able to get everywhere I needed to go and get everything I needed.
